Booth Allocation, Mumbai (Feb 05-07, 2020)

Overwhelming support and confidence shown by the fraternity on their Apex Domestic Council. A record 1300+ booths got allocated in three days with the support of one and all. For the first time in history, the allocation happened over a transparent online system wherein every applicant could view the LIVE confirmation of booths. As promised, the process of setting new benchmarks has already begun.

Jaipur Jewellers Meet (Dec 21, 2019)

Post the historic association with JJS, GJS has received an overwhelming response at the Jaipur Jewellers' Meet on December 21, 2019, in association with Jaipur Jewellery Show (JJS). The event was a huge success with an unprecedented attendance of more than 300 jewellers. GJC thanks the hospitality and gesture by JJS and the entire team.

AHMEDABAD Jewellers Meet (Dec 14, 2019)

The season of marriage and gold is almost synonymous in India; so is gold and Ahmedabad. The Jewellers’ Meet at Ahmedabad on December 14, 2019 was well encouraged by the local jewellers. The event also witnessed few of GJC’s powerhouses, discussing the various possibilities of GJS 2020. With a strong support of over 150 local jewellers, the event well supported by the Jewellers Association Ahmedabad, GJS 2020 is all set to create a new benchmark in the Gem and Jewellery industry.

Zaveri Bazaar, Mumbai Jewellers Meet (Dec 7, 2019)

Another successful Jewellers’ Meet for GJS 2020 with the Silver Jewellery Manufacturers at Vimal Hall, Zaveri Bazaar on December 7, 2019. Zaveri Bazaar, being the hub for B2B and B2C jewellery industry in Mumbai, turned out to be the perfect venue for the event. Thanks to the tremendous support from the Silver associations, over 100 jewellers attended the meet and showed great support towards GJS 2020. The event also provided great networking opportunities to the industry patrons. The stalwarts, representing GJS 2020, were more than happy to connect and educate people on a one-to-one basis.

Jaipur Jewellers Meet (Nov 26, 2019)

GJS 2020 is all about remembering the legacy of fine craftsmanship and creating a new benchmark in the Gem and Jewellery industry. Talk of legacy and culture, there is no better place than Jaipur to meet the Rajasthani craftsmen. Another great Jewellers’ Meet at Jaipur on November 26, 2019, received a fantastic response from an audience over 150 in number. The response was proof enough for the grand success of GJS in June 2020.

Bharat Diamond Bourse (BDB) is one of the largest and most sophisticated diamond centers in the world. Rajkot Jewellers Meet (Nov 22, 2019)

Another fine exhibition of teamwork, spirit and inspiration, the Jewellers’ Meet at Rajkot on November 22, 2019 was a great success. With over 100 jewellers attending and encouraging GJS 2020, a grand B2B expo by GJC, helped the patrons to move in the right direction and formulate substantial goals for the exhibition. Kolkata Meet Jewellers Meet (Nov 18, 2019)

Kolkata, the land of art, craftsmanship and culture was a perfect set-up for the GJS 2020 Jewellers’ Meet in the east. Organised on November 18, 2019 at The Park Hotel, the event saw an amazing response and reassurance from the jewellers. With over 150 participants at the venue, the event was a runaway success paving the way for GJS 2020 to be the biggest B2B expo in the gem and jewellery industry.

Chennai Jewellers Meet (Nov 12, 2019)

Gem and Jewellery industry without the inclusion of the southern gold and glitter, would make no sense. The Jewellers’ Meet at Chennai on November 12, 2019, with the strong support from Madras Jewellers and the Diamond Merchants Association, witnessed an ever-welcoming southern embrace towards GJS 2020. Delhi Jewellers Meet (Nov 9, 2019)

Jewellers’ meet for GJS 2020in the capital city at Karol Bagh on November 9, 2019. Karol Bagh, being the hub of business in the northern part of the country, is well known for its relevance in the Indian Gem and Jewellery industry. The encouragement received at the venue for GJS 2020 was exhilarating, well-orchestrated by the industry stalwarts from GJC. Trident, Mumbai Jewellers Meet (Oct 11, 2019)

October 11, 2019, the date that will go down in history as the official birth of India Gem and Jewellery Show (GJS). Hosted at the plush venue of Trident, Mumbai, the event saw the unveiling of the GJS logo. Also, the GJC COA members shared their views about this ambitious project and its relevance in the Gem and Jewellery industry in India. Among the presence of hundreds of industry flag bearers, GJS was all set to carry forward the legacy of a 5000-year-old industry and creating a new benchmark for the future.
